\Mathematics teaching math homework as an important part of the process should also reflect the different people get different in mathematics development concept . For a long time , math teacher math homework seriously enough for the job to take \Mathematical operations with the new tiered curriculum ideas and teaching practice, contact Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences , zone of proximal development theory and the theory of individualized job layered design and preparation . However, in the process of implementing a tiered operation there have been some problems : Hierarchical operations and examinations can not be unified hierarchical job is to implement a major problem ; stratified operation increased the workload of teachers and increased burden on teachers ; students towards learning attitudes also affect the implementation and operation of the hierarchical parents do not understand the significance of the job is layered hierarchical operations facility a major obstacle.
