Abstract


Project management is developed in recent decades. A branch of management science, as a practical science, project management, the goal is the ability for a limited time, the cost to the customer within the presented results of the project meet the quality requirements. Project approval, project planning, project implementation, project monitoring, project closeout, the effects of the implementation of each step will affect the construction of the project results.Scope of the project’s control is an important factor for successful completion of project; it involves all stages of project implementation. In the project implementation process, it often increases new demand in the starting project, project plans, project implementation, even at the end of the project. Whether it is customer demand, or the project staff in decision-making on-site accident cases, may lead to changes in project scope, so that the project is severely affected in schedule, resources and quality. So it is an important part to control the scope of the project strictly.Based on the specific projects as the research object, mainly revolves control of the project scope, with the help of the management, project management, data model and other branches of theoretical knowledge to analyze the thesis. We find the technology solutions to "mobile phone one card system" which is suitable for telecom industry. According to enterprise strategy, design and optimization of the most reasonable construction plan and discuss the project process control, compiled the project implementation plan. Meanwhile, we put forward requirements about the process control and project closeout. "Mobile phone one Card system" project is the first project after monitoring group was set up. It is an example that is combined with practical and theory. In this paper the scope of project control method were also discussed. It has high significance and application value for other projects in the companyIn this paper, first chapter summarizes the background and significance of the research. It introduces the research method and innovative points, describes the research ideas and research framework. ChapterⅡof the paper is involved in the theory, including projects, project management theory and project decision-making, project breakdown, project control, project closeout and other theories. ChapterⅢanalyses the current situation of "mobile phone one card system" industry and finds out the problems it is facing. ChapterⅣwith the enterprise’s own situation, the project’s building program has been designed and selected by the best theory of decision tree building programs. ChapterⅤdecomposes the construction program of the project, defines the scope of the project. It develops a project implementation plan according to the decomposition of the project results, compiles the project milestones, and puts forward demand to project schedule control and project closeout. Finally, ChapterⅥsummarizes the thesis, prospect on the "mobile phone one card system" industry development.
