Abstract


Today, China is in a stage of rapid development of urbanization , local governments planned to construct municipal infrastructure grasp . State-owned enterprises, municipal construction , opportunities and challenges. How to learn advanced management methods at the same time enhance the competitiveness of their own advantages , is the impact on sustainable development. Project management target responsibility system is currently more commonly used in the construction field a scientific management methods. This paper points out the project management target responsibility system in the municipal construction projects active role in the implementation and practical significance . Through the project management and goal management theory and research , elaborated target management incentives for employees as well as in municipal engineering project management process applicability and superiority. Secondly, through the company's briefing on the s pointed out in previous project management aspects of the problem and describes the target responsibility system project management process in the company 's positive significance. Then s in a bridge construction project management in the implementation of the target responsibility system management processes as well as examples to describe the objectives and measures to achieve the specific content methods . Finally, the last two years the company s project management target responsibility system analysis and evaluation of the operation , affirmed its single project achieved good results and the company's overall business aspect reflects a positive role. While the target responsibility system for project management problems in the implementation process made ??further optimization ideas and suggestions . This paper shows that , at this stage in the implementation of project management, the company s target responsibility system is conducive to individual project management level, can effectively motivate staff enthusiasm, help to improve the plight of the company's operations , in line with the company in the direction of sustainable development .
