At present, the electric power enterprise informatization system of county level still exist independent operation of the phenomenon. Some of the information in the internal form one island did not play significant role in the internal information management; some external network played only a function of information transmission; more of the internal network and external network were isolated. With the power industry increasing levels of information technology, business software on the rise and increasing network paperless electronic office applications commonly used in data sharing and reporting, data synchronization, data extraction, data show, information dissemination, collaboration, and so we need a unified platform for centralized management and applications.This paper designed and implemented the power supply enterprise production system of the county level, solved the problem of the power supply enterprise daily production, such as low efficiency and duties are not clear. So,we can make the daily production work further standardization, standardization, reduce work at will change, arbitrary execution problem, management system USES routing management, every job have corresponding process, through the process can control permissions and flow direction, put an end to ultra vires and regulations happened.The system uses Java development, cross-platform and portability, high safety, using the B/S three layer architecture, database by oraclelOg. The whole development process based on UML object-oriented analysis and design method.Power supply enterprise production management system put into use, the use of advanced management ideas, pay attention to the business process, process control and user management, the staff duties, realizing reasonable divergence and process control, production management more standardized, standardization, and increase management transparency and fluency, improve work efficiency.
