Responding to outside the company the increasingly fiercecompetition in the market and the company constantly improve themanagement requirements, the establishment of management informationsystem has become the inevitable choice for enterprise to improve themanagement level. With the increase in the number of systemdevelopment, as the project responsibility department, the problem thatshort of the experience for project management has gradually emerged.There are some problems in communication, coordination, planning,control, eventually causing the first phase of the Human ResourceManagement System (E_HR) project delay and the system optimizationis not timely.The purpose in this paper is to standardize the company’s projectdevelopment and optimize management, in view of the problem, useproject management theory, to establish a set of information projectmanagement mode and some other effective measures，which can bettermanage and control the project development and system optimization, toensure the successful completion of development work related.The content of this article includes:1. Through the actual case E_HR introduction and projectimplementation process of problem analysis, from the perspective of theproject management try to find out the key factors which could influencethe new project, concluded a set of information project managementmodel, combined with some other security measures to resolve thevarious problems one by one. After the new measures implementation,each subsequent subsystem of E_HR project can be timely completion,ensure that the project online success rate and subsequent maintenance,strengthen the project team spirit and consciousness of risk management, to help the internal project manager improve project management ability.2. Through collect and analyse the historical data for work order inrecent years, research the problem in system optimization process.Through business process change, change in service models, to enhancecontrol, etc. Determine some effective project management measures,through the actual results to verify that these measures can effectivelyraise work orders on-line timely rates and user satisfaction.This research has the very strong practical significance:(1) Ensurefuture project can be established by the time and quality requirements.(2)The project development process in accordance with the projectmanagement process control requirements, ensure that all stages ofdocument integrity, is helpful for project development of later stagemanagement and future maintenance.(3) Can ensure the flow of theprojects optimization information, communication between departments,but also for project teams and business units, the exchange of informationbetween the higher-level managers.(4) Can effectively reduce thedevelopment risk, improve project success rate.(5) Effectively improvethe development of optimizing the efficiency and quality, can greatlyimprove satisfaction within the company, the business sector to enhanceinterest in the use of information technology systems.In short, the results in this paper will be improve the control abilityon the progress of information system development, and developmentquality assurance, so as to achieve further enhance the company’sinformation technology project management efficiency and quality goals,for the development of the company to provide better and stronger rearsupport.
