Abstract


Farm land assets and modernization of agriculture is an important prerequisite to solve the problem ofagricultural modernization. In the process of agricultural modernization, Henan even the whole country aresubjected to the constraints of the existing rural land system. Especially Henan accelerated in the currenteconomic restructuring, the implementation of the process of industrialization, urbanization and agriculturalmodernization, coordinated development of the existing agricultural land system reform, theimplementation of the farm land assets.In present， market-oriented, industrialization, urbanization construction of Henan provnce is in fullswing, agricultural modernization play an important part of the role of self-evident. However, the currentHenan agriculture and rural economy is still in the difficult climbing stage, the unstable foundation ofagriculture, the backward agricultural facilities and equipment, and the farmers’ income growth lack ofstable long-term mechanism, the international competitiveness of agricultural products, agriculture ofHenan province remains the weakest part of the whole economy system. The reason for this article is thatthe only assets owned by the rural land as farmers not playing its proper balance of return caused by theslow development of agricultural modernization in henan province as well as the gap between urban andrural areas, industrial and agricultural gap, and the fundamental reason is unreasonable and agriculturalland property rights system of the existing agricultural land arrangements not clear. Rural land assets is theinevitable trend of the existing rural land reform, by virtue of its ability to quickly transfer the surplus rurallabor force, promote operation of the agricultural moderate in scale, thereby,enhancing the utility ofagricultural system of the operating income of land assets in rural areas,and it will greatly promote thedevelopment of agricultural modernization in Henan province.The Research firstly gives a brief statement of the realization path of the agricultural modernization,the development of rural land assets, and gives a brief review of the relationship between the rural landassets and agricultural modernization;then gives a more detailed analysis to the relationship between therural land assets and agricultural modernization; then analyse the historical changes since the reform andopening up the land assets of rural areas of Henan province，Henan Agricultural modernization, thedevelopment status, and the two correlation, and gives a brief overview on the implementation of rural land assets of the necessity and feasibility of advancing the modernization of agriculture development in Henan.In the empirical analysis phase, make use of the10indicators of the1991-2010modernization ofagriculture in our province development to indicate the level of agricultural modernization, through thefarmer’s profits transfer by transferring the rural land to define the degree of rural land assets and therelationship between regression analysis, and through researching the relationship between the stationarytest and causality test to arrive at conclusions consistent with the article assumes that. Another word,thelevel of agricultural modernization and rural land assets, the degree of showing a strong positive correlation.The development of the modernization of agriculture in Henan province, there are still huge room forgrowth, therefore, according to the combination of the main problems in the Henan Agriculturalmodernization process, we finally propose several countermeasures and suggestions to promote theprovince’s agricultural modernization through implementation of the rural land assets. We believe that withthe progressive realization of the province of rural land assets, the agriculture will be able to get the soundand rapid development, and the modernization of Henan agriculture to point the day and await for it.
