Abstract


With the deepening of knowledge economy, knowledge management is takenseriously attention in the automotive production and manufacture. Integration ofknowledge management and quality management for the continuous improvement ofthe quality of the project provides continued protection and energized. How doesknowledge management merged into project management? This is largely related tothe success of the enterprise project management, it is critical to the development ofthe enterprises.In this paper, based on the analysis on the basic theory of knowledge management andproject management, the author discusses the project management processknowledge management application, analysis, project management in the need forknowledge management, and from individual and organizational level, processperspective, different modules such as project management, knowledge managementin a different perspective on the use of project management to do the analysis andelaboration of the knowledge management project in the PDCS paint defect analysisin the application. Combined with camel-hair machine hair loss of the tracking anddrying room "smudge" flawed analysis and measures to an empirical study of twotypical cases, draws the final conclusion.
