Project management, as a new research direction of management theory, provides a powerful form of organizational management on project implementation[1].Expressway engineering schedule control is one of the key engineering construction control as the same as investment control and quality control. Three relations among expressway construction control is that quality is the fundamental, investment is the key, but the progress is the central. The schedule management is the most important aspect of an overall construction. By Modifing and managing construction organization scheme, you can consider completely to draw up various specific construction conditions. Draw up reasonble construction scheme, by adopting a scientific approach, recognize construction sequence、construction method and labor organization,draw up construction schedule properly and methodically, determine the relationship between various construction operation, determine at what time, what order, what approaches and tools to complete the construction task; If organized well, it will make the best possible use of workers、machines、material on the construction site with the minimal consumption of the best results. If organized badly, it will disrupt the construction sequence, breake operating rules, interfe with each other, work stoppage, slowdown, lower quality, schedule delays, increased costs, resulting in a huge waste of manpower, material and financial.But for electromechanical reconstruct engineering, a reasonable and scientifical construction organization scheme may reflect its importance better from construction management、construction schedule and construction sequence. The schedule control is the important contents of the performance of expressway contract construction contract, draw up construction schedule scientifically in order to make the construction economically, make the balance of construction continuity、coordination、construction、balance and ecnomy.The highway engineering project schedule control and investment control and quality control in project construction, is one of the key control, in the highway engineering construction of three big targets control relationships, and quality is fundamental, investment is the key, but the progress is in the center of. The implementation of the project effective progress control, make its achieve smoothly completed on schedule, are any engineering project management center. Schedule control effect not only influence project project objectives, but also directly affects the economic benefits of the project and development foreground. Therefore, the schedule control in project management is very important. This thesis base on related theory of engineering schedule management , take "SSX weight charges" engineering item as an instance. It mainly describes the theory of managing construction organization scheme、the processes and methods of schedule control and applications in engineering practice. And it analyzed the problems and control measures which exist in the engineering construction, in order to propose the engineering the question and control measure of progress control existence in the process.
