Abstract


, With the rapid development of China 's economy and people's lives since the reform and opening up , China 's construction industry is gradually with the international standards, construction engineering contractors in the project by the applicant to the project during construction experience unprecedented competitive pressures encountered claims risk greatly increased , which construction projects in China which ideas and practices of some inherent error in this environment you need a little bit abandoned and removal , to fully realize their own strength to improve and with international standards, and more competitive. Contractor claims as the major issues of the project late , often plagued by many contractors or construction companies . How to do a good job in the project bidding , project preparation and construction to the overall process of final completion of the project , from three control and two , a coordination point various preparedness to respond to claims risk has become many contractors in the project construction the most important issue in the process .
