Abstract


During “Twelfth Five-Year” Plans, the important means of promotingthe development of sports industry is to optimize the sports industrialstructure. The Guideline for accelerating the Development of Our SportsIndustry issued by the State Council and The “Twelfth Five-Year” Plansfor sports Industry issued by the State General Administration of Sportboth proposes to improve our sports industry and proposed to promote thehealthy progress of our sports industry. Thus, on this foundation it ismore important to cognize the present state of our sports industryobjectively and comprehensively and raise the ideas and the suggestionsof our sports industrial structure. Using the methods Of combiningLiterature reading and data collection, combining theoretical studies andempirical analysis, combining qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis, combining micro-analysis and micro-analysis, we start withtheory of the sports industrial structure and deep research into thebasic theory of the sports industrial structure, the connotation of thesports industrial structure optimization, the mechanisms of the sportsindustrial structure optimization. Then, through qualitative andquantitative analysis, this paper completely and systematicallydiscusses the subject of our sports industrial structure. On thisfoundation, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of theoptimization of our sports industry structureThe main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the structure of sports industry refers to the variouseconomic sectors of sports industry, the composition of the all economicactivities links and mutual relationship between proportion and contact,all departments, all regions. The sports industry structure involves manyvarious structures and aspects, including the ownership structures,industry structures, organization structures, area structures,hierarchical structures, marketing structures, product structures and soon. But the optimization and upgrading of the sports industrial structureis a process which realizes the quantity ratio relationship and economicand technical contact by discordant continuously toward a coordinatedamong the sports industry and promote the sports industrial structure,which makes the level of sports industrial structure higher throughadjusting the sports industrial structure in different developmentstages.Secondly, the level of Chinese sports industry shows a state thatmultiple economic elements are together, the non-public economy occupythe main body, the eastern region, there is a stratified development amongcentral region and western region, the level of development hassignificant differences between urban and rural areas. Currently, thesports training industry and sports agency industry are the most potential,while the sporting goods industry has the maximum potential energy. In addition, China’s sports industry structure are facing the principalissues that the organizational structure remains low, the sports industryat all levels ratio is severely imbalanced, at all levels,Different market structures are in a different stage of development,Overall skill level is not high on the product structure, lack ofintermediate products, value added products is not high and low leveleffects, through analysis of product mix, technological level is not highand intermediate goods is insufficient, Product additional value as wellas the effects are staying a low level and so on.Thirdly, the specialized level of Chinese sports industry shows astate that the central region and western region are higher than theeastern region, and the level of regional specialization has significantdifferences among different sectors of the sports industry, especiallythe differences between sports agent department and sporting goods,clothing and shoes manufacturing department. Sectors within the sportsindustry are gradually developing evenly. But the development of the wholenational sports industry is still single. Sector developments of thesports industry in the western region are relatively balanced, while theeastern parts are extremely unbalanced. It should be optimized andadjusted that the benefits from structure of the sports industry are notobvious, moreover, the competitive advantages and structuralcontributions of various departments are also different.Fourthly, the countermeasures of China’s sports industry structuraloptimization are to improve the social environment of sports，boostinvestment in the sports industry; develop sports service industry,change the single situation of the development of national sports industry;enhance technique innovation abilities and international competitivenessof sports goods industry; allocate sector development of regional sportsindustry properly, improve sports industrial structural avail; developthe local advantageous industry departments to enhance assembling abilityand brand effect; improve internal structure of ingredients, achievehorizontal comprehensive balance and vertical upgrading.
