Abstract


For company specializing in project management, its management projects areoften huge, the project cycle is long, the investment amount is large, the participatingenterprises and workers are more, so the demand of project management efficiencyand accuracy is very high, these factors inevitably forced the enterprises to use moderninformation management system.In China, lot of problems are exposed in the process of project information,embodied in the following: the investment amount is too large and the efficiency is low;the low-level and redundant construction;For the introduction of some products, due to it is not familiar with the operationalcharacteristics of the Chinese domestic enterprises, If you do not modify directly whenyou, it often result in the class project management software can not bring the desiredresults. From the technical view, many systems are of poor scalability, seriousplatform-dependent, and are difficult to tightly integrated with other business systems, itresulting in maintenance workload, difficult to upgrade and other shortcomings.To solve the above problem, this paper analyzes the feature of Chinese domesticconstruction project management, elaborates the whole project management systemfrom requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing to the final deployment.In order to accelerate the development process of the system, rapid prototyping isused when design the overall. By comparing the current mainstreamdevelopment/implementation framework, the appropriate architecture andimplementation framework is choose to complete the process management of theproject construction; on the basis of analyzing the requires of the user and the generalcharacteristics of construction project management system, achieve a biddingmanagement, document circulation control, the automatic triggering when close to thedeadline, data security and user control,etc.In particular, for many of the same systems have poor maintainability, the projectuse some technologies such as inversion of view-control、event-driven mechanism(based on JSF), object-relational mapping framework (based on Hibernate),.It improves the system maintainability and ease of development. To achieve scalability and theeasy data synchronization, muti-tier architecture is used.The described system in this paper is developed by the author. By thecomprehensive test of the system, the design and implementation presented in thispaper, meet to the requirements of the contract. The system has been in the actualoperation for one year in the Sichuan DoWell Project Management Company. Theuser feedback information indicates that the system is successful to solve the mainchallenges of the users and improve the quality of management and enhance economicefficiency.
