Abstract


Economic development is an important line in the process of development of human society. In different historical periods and social systems, Land system reform have had a profound impact to economic development. From the perspective of the history of world development, the major social transformation and economic restructuring of States are closely related to adjustment of the land system. From the history of China’s development, land system reform has been accompanied by China’s economic reform and development. At this stage and the coming period, Bottlenecks encountered in China’s economic development are basically close to land system. Therefore, the combination of China’s actual situation, in order to strengthen the influence of the land system on economic growth, we can provide important theoretical basis for the transformation of the mode economic development.Based on the research of scholars, this paper from the perspective of the efficiency of resource use analyze the impact of the land system on economic growth. Generally speaking, the land system for people is confined to the narrow and broad land system, but few people consider land system by combining land with other elements, so these study were not comprehensive and thorough enough. In this paper, based on the principles of the economics of Marxist,I pointed out that the land system is to protect the production of land and optimize the allocation of other factors and the formation of an organic system. Under the new definition of the land system, land and institutional factors introduced in neoclassical economic model, through mathematical deduction, ultimately improving land system can improve the efficiency of land use, lower economic growth depends on the land, changing the industrial structure, promote economic health and development.Because of the imperfections of our land system, making the process of economic growth, the efficiency of the usage of land is not high, there is a deserted land resources development and chaotic phenomena, and this triggered a series of social problems. In the empirical analysis of this paper, macroeconomic models on the perspective of the time series use the method of time span, microscopic model use the panel method,the space of models span from the three regions, which the impact of land system to economic growth by empirical analysis is significant for different regional economic growth. Macroscopic model from the perspective of the land market, with the improvement of the land system, making the urban economy depends mainly on the allocated land by the state-owned economic development gradually to rely on labor-intensive type of industrial development, Government-led economic development in the process of gradually reduce dependence on land. Microscopic models for different regions, due to the different system of land improvement and the degree of implementation of the policy, there is a difference economic growth: the the land system of eastern part is more perfect, because of the limited of land, mainly through revitalize the stock of the land to supply new, the more efficient use of land, economic growth is mainly dependent on capital investment and technological innovation to spur economic growth; economic growth in the central region is the highest dependence on land, government policies on land system improvement is not enough, there is the phenomenon of land finance; western region have minimum degree of market land, but the area is sparsely populated, the land system have the weak influence on economic growth.
