Abstract


As one of engineering management science, technology state management is animportant approach of system engineering management and product qualificationmanagement. Project management is a modern management method which is animportant branch of management science. It is a management approach that is suitablefor the expendable missions or projects which are large-scale, complex, diverseenvironment and have many undefined factors. The development process of aerospaceproduct needs iterative coordination of multi-department, multi-discipline andmulti-system. And technology state management runs through the developmentprocess of aerospace product. The application of project management approach canfacilitate the technology state management of aerospace product.The domestic and foreign technology state management system and projectmanagement system are discussed in this paper. The present state and existingproblems of the technology state management of aerospace product are analyzed. Thetechnology state management of aerospace product is designed by introducingscientific project management concept and method. The technology state managementprocess and implementation documentation are improved. A design scheme fortechnology state management of aerospace product is provided, which is based ondigitalization coordinated management network platform. It aims to realize the strictmanagement and control of aerospace product technology state and assures thetechnology state management of aerospace product in developing process beingcontrolled, which will make the product meet the requirement.
