KeQi cosmetic is a medium and small sized private foreign-funded company, who is in a rapid developing stage. While with the tremendous development, extending of the distribution channels, products upgrading, offers the higher demands for factory administration. What the plant facing now is backward way of the management and short of the managerial personnel, besides, irrational production capacity. However, the profits has shown a decline year on year. Thus, in order to improve the situation, KeQi decide to introduce the 5S management system.The 5S management can makes the production environment tidy and clean, improve production efficiency, ensure a good product quality and increase employee quality. So in order to achieve a good result, which come from 5S, so effective control of the project process is quite necessary. The study and analysis in this thesis is aim to optimize the 5S management with the scientific way on project time management.
