Abstract

Objective To study the genotyping diagnostic clinical value in the etiological diagnosis of of intestinal viral central nervous system infection . Methods 2006-06-2009-08 during the diagnosis of viral encephalitis hospitalized children with a total of 50 cases were admitted to hospital the same day to extract cerebrospinal fluid . Test first by the species of genus specific primers screened intestinal virus samples then were sequencing VP1 and VP2 sequence typing . The test at the same time the establishment of a positive control and a negative control . The results of 50 clinical samples , a total of 45 cases of clinical samples detect EV RNA . The VP1 sequence typing can be successfully amplified typing 38 cases , the reaction product of 357 bp fragment . The VP2 sequence typing method was successfully amplified genotyped 34 cases , the amplified product was 584 bp fragment . BLAST search results : both a high level of consistency and complementarity of the typing results . Conclusion ① the VP1 sequence typing can successfully detect the most common clinical enterovirus serotypes . ② United the VP2 sequence typing method than single with VP1 sequence typing , typing rate and sensitivity higher worth further promote clinical .
