Abstract


With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the perfection of the market economic system, the economic development of Fujian province has made great achievements. However, the ceaselessly expanding gap of economic development between urban and rural, the slow development of the rural economy and the slow growth of farmers’income, has restricted the economic development. How to raise agricultural systematism degree, promote the increase of farmers’ income and develop rural economic are the problems to be solved. The development of the rural market is one of the key factors for the development of the rural economy and the promotion of the increase of farmers’ income. In order to develop the rural market, we should establish a farmer specialized cooperative economy organization system, and let the farmer specialized cooperative economy organization become the important organization carrier of new rural construction. At present, a small number of studies only focused on the present situation of the farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organization and the existing problems. But the studies are not much about how to rely on supply and marketing cooperatives to perfect farmer cooperative economy organization system of Fujian Province, vigorously develop specialized farmer cooperatives, advance rural economics development and increase the farmer’s incomes. The purpose of this study is based on the research of domestic and foreign farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations, and summarize the successful experiences as well as the significance of drawing lessons for Fujian Province’s farmer specialized cooperative economic organization. Based on the way of accessing relevant information and rural field survey, the article analysis on present situation of farmer specialized cooperative economic organization in Fujian Province, analyzes the existing issue of the farmer specialized cooperative economy organization and put forward the countermeasure proposals of the development of our province’s farmer specialized cooperative economic organization relying on the supply and marketing cooperatives, in order to promote the farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organization to speed up along the optimized track.
