Abstract

Since the 1990s, the Western developed countries, the sports industry have matured, start a worldwide expansion of the road after the completion of the regional monopoly, brokers plunder and cultural erosion of his country. With the development of science and technology, especially the spread of information technology, the rate of expansion more rapidly and more diversified expansion approaches, the formation of the national traditional sports world with a full range of extrusion. With the Western-style modernization process to deepen the national sports of living space is shrinking. China's economy has entered a stable high-speed growth period, year by year to improve people's quality of life. Especially in relatively developed areas, the standard of living of the people has been close to the level of moderately developed countries, for substances other than the spiritual needs of rapid expansion, accelerate the process of China's economic structural adjustment, in the objective to promote the development of sports industry. Generation of the sports industry in the West has a specific economic, political and cultural environment, and its large-scale development is at a particular stage of development in order to trigger economic phenomenon. Just as George H · SEG (George H Sage) 1998 elaborate American sports industry development, pointed out that \the past two centuries of development, it is accompanied by the development of modern society development, it is modern science and technology, industrialization, urbanization, rapid population growth and the development of capitalism derivatives \This article first briefly the course of development of the sports industry in Western developed countries, their background and current trends of the development of a detailed analysis, put forward the concept of the sports industry in Western characteristics. The sports industry is to produce the United Kingdom, the first flourishing in the United States, and then in the formation of a worldwide the perfect sports industrial system with Western sports economy center. Into the 21st century, the western sports industry began to accelerate expansion, to compete in the global sports consumer market and sports resources. Analyzed from the sports industry and the development of a variety of western sports industry in the Western sports culture as the background as a precondition to the culture of consumerism, based on the developed economies, is the combination of the Western sports culture and the market economy system product. The four aspects of the conflict from the sporting and cultural conflict in the development process of China's sports industry, consumer culture conflict, institutional conflicts, as well as self-protection and globalization on China on the basis of a simple description of the process of the development of China's sports industry, as well as the current development status Western characteristics of the sports industry factors were analyzed and discussed. That Western sports industry characteristics can not evade the fact that the development of China's sports industry, copy the Western model to the development of the sports industry is not science, and to respect the conditions for theoretical innovation is the primary task of the development of the sports industry. This paper argues that the current stage of development of the sports industry should meet the country's stage of development, development planning should be based on the level of consumption in China, the development of content should attach importance to the protection and development of traditional national sports.
