Abstract


To propel the deep fusion of informatization and industrialization is a great strategic plan; to fasten the pace of informatization is a need of the group control of large scale corporation. With the development and successfully online implementing of SAP ERP 1st phase of Jiuquan Iron &Steel Co.Ltd. (JISCO hereinafter), a SAP HR system is in process.Since the standard software couldn’t fit for JISCO’s practical situation, a powerful functional and individualized terminal system has been engineered and redeveloped by using the SAP ABAP platform and based on a practically research and investigation.This paper emphasized on the process of investigation, engineering, redeveloping and test of JISCO SAP HR system. Then the effectiveness of this redeveloped HR system. The successfully online implementing of this system established a uniformed HR managing and operating platform and a HR data centre, and realized a whole standard HR information management that is much accordance with Chinese way to inquiry and operate.
