Abstract


Technology contracts, the introduction of digestion and absorption is the main mode of technological progress and economic growth since the reform and opening up in China. This stage of China's eastern, central and western regions economic level and the absorption capacity of the obvious differences, this will inevitably lead to the introduction of a technology contract to promote the role of economic growth, the emergence of regional differences. This article will be digested and absorbed into within the framework of the study, the introduction of technology contracts to promote economic growth from a regional perspective. This article take a combination of theoretical and empirical methods, and to explore the relationship between the introduction of economic growth of China's eastern, central and western area technology contracts. Article first definition of relevant concepts, after a detailed review of the relevant research results at home and abroad, the introduction of our technology contract, regional economic development the absorption capacity level of the basic analysis of the state, found that there were significant differences, which will directly affect the introduction of technology contracts role in promoting economic growth. This difference can be reasonably explained by the level of development of the area between the different technologies and innovation capability. Further analysis of regional economic growth path can be verified, the eastern region has entered the stage of development of independent innovation to drive economic growth, at this stage in the introduction of low-end technology contract mode can not meet the technical needs of the region, which is the eastern part of technology contracts The introduction of the main causes of the negative effect. The central region is still in the stage of low technical level, can continue to promote economic development through the introduction of technology contracts.
