Abstract


With the rapid progress of China 's reform of higher education , the process of popularization of higher education is increasingly accelerated . The issue of employment of university students has become increasingly prominent in the current higher education in popularity during background , it embodies the contradiction between supply and demand of the society newborn human capital , reveals Students' Difficult Employment important topic that has become a community-wide concern . Employment of university students is a complex system which needs a long-term and effective scientific guidance and the joint efforts of the whole society . Triggered by the global financial crisis severe employment environment and employment situation , \College Student Career Guidance Work project management , and help alleviate the imbalance contradiction to the reform of higher education system and the socio - economic development is conducive to improve the employability of college students , is conducive to the promotion of social stability and economic development , and thus has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, on the basis of comparative analysis of domestic and foreign college students career guidance work , the use of project management theory , proposed the employment of college students in China to guide the work of the implementation of the project management , including the College Student Career Guidance project initiation , project planning , project execution , project control and project optimization process . As universities, one should change their concept of employment , including the schools and students of the concept of employment change, which is the prerequisite and basis of the implementation of College Students Employment Guidance project management ; Second , to build a College Student Career Guidance project management processes , including the organization , run system of education , service and advocacy , in order to achieve the students ' full employment guidance , information technology ; Third , to strengthen the construction of the full team of college Student Career Guidance , to play specialized teachers , student clubs , college students in employment guidance work , in order to achieve the specialization of university employment guidance team , full .
