Abstract


The ruling resources are new topics for the current academic research building of the ruling . 'S ruling party resources exploration , both to explore the inherent requirements of the Chinese Communist Party rule , is to implement the decision of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening the Party's governance capability , an urgent need to comprehensively promote the new great project of party building , also the inevitable choice to further consolidate the party's ruling status . \two-dimensional analysis methods, from four political resources , economic resources , cultural resources and social resources were of Mao's ruling party resources exploration research . Mao stressed : political resources , it is necessary to firmly grasp the ruling party to strengthen the government building , organization and supervision of the people ; economic resources to focus on productivity and science and technology , and put forward the idea of industrialization path of development and opening to the outside world ; cultural resources , not only to strengthen the ideological education , great importance to the development and utilization of the culture , but also put forward the basic principle of the prosperity and cultural education ; social resources, to coordinate a variety of social relations , emphasis on the integration of social forces and maintaining social stability . Mao Zedong lessons learned in the theoretical and practical aspects of governing resources , provides a useful reference for Strengthening the construction of the party's governing resource and improve the party's ability to govern .
