Since the reform and opening up, China’s rural economy has developed rapidly. However, compared with China’s cities and towns, rural areas is still relatively backward. Most of the rural economy growth is mainly at the expense of resources and the environment, extensive economic growth mode restricts the development of rural economy , only by following the road of scientific and technological innovation, rural economic growth will be Sustainable. Therefore, study the impact on economic growth by science and technology investment has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, by studying an influential example of rural Fujiabian which is in Jiangsu Province, analysising Fujiabian technology input on the role in promoting economic growth, and summary successful experiences and suggestions, explore how to use technology to promote rural economic rapid and healthy development.Based on the research process, we combined the theoretical study with empirical study, combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.Based on the large amount of data, we analysis Fujiabian Technology input and Economic Growth dynamic relationship by econometric models. This article mainly includes the following:(1) Find out Fujiabian detailed overview of development and region elements, elements of natural and cultural resources, elements of human resources, technical elements,capital element and the government support elements, analysis Fujiabian development advantages and disadvantages.(2) Use a large number of charts from 1984 to 2009 of Fujiabian technology status and technology inputs deeply analysis science and technology investment on economic growth of output . On the status of science and technology investment, mainly from the technology’s total investment, science and technology sources and uses of funds and science & Technology staff three aspects description and analysis. On science and technology investment on economic growth of output status, this article is detailed analysis from three aspects:the GDP of Fujiabian , industrial structure and income. Through these analysis, learn Fujiabian technology on the impact of economic growth, and put forward the deficiencies.(3) According the sample data of Fujiabian from 1984 to 2009, Study Fujiabian Technology input and Economic Growth relationship by econometric models. First of all, through the stability test method detect Fujiabian technology input and GDP has a long-term equilibrium relationship. Then using co-integration test obtained long-run equilibrium model, Fujiabian amount of money on the long-term science and technology investment flexibility is 0.897793. Finally, through Granger causality test, measure the Fujiabian technology investment to economic growth has a positive role in promoting.(4) Summary Fujiabian Science & Technology inspiration to other rural areas, propose problems in science and technology investment, put forward countermeasures and suggestions, to better utilize science and technology inputs on Fujiabian role in promoting economic growth.
