Abstract


National debt is market economy country’s indispensable to macro-control financial tools, in modern market economy national debt plays an increasingly important role in economic growth, the effect is also getting more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad. With different economic period of industrial structure adjustment and economic policy guidance, the change of national debt through investment behavior, the effect of economic growth is also different.About the effect from national debt to economic growth, domestic scholars put much more focused on national debt’s issued, the national debt’repay, management, marketing, etc. In this paper, on the basis of the theoretical research funding from the bonds of the effect of economic growth Angle were analyzed. Its positive effects include debt investment on economic fluctuation of smooth effect, the multiplier effect and the influence of macro economic structure, the burden of debt is reflected in the negative effects of the private capital and debt capital extrusion. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the inclusion of National debt, Greiner deficit of endogenous growth and to establish a framework of public debt, includes GDP, private capital and labor, capital investment, the measurement model from National debt funding and the effect of economic growth in China. The empirical result indicates that, with the national debt investment in China, when Greiner theory of public investment funds bonds for economic growth areas, a positive role in promoting China’s economic, but now, the positive effects on long-term national debt, existence of private equity funds extrusion. Finally in theoretical analysis and empirical results based on reasonable use national debt, promote economic growth put forward Suggestions.
