Abstract


There exist some problems in the implementation of the fire engineering project. Many project management departments are involved in the process, but these departments are relatively independent. A large number of data and reports in the whole process can’t be communicated with other departments timely and effectively for the managers. This will make the real-time managing and monitoring crossing different departments impossible and can’t meet the multi-level management requirement in the project.The thesis discusses the development of the fire protection management system from the point view of the management level, which is composed of requirement analysis, design and implementation of the system. The system design refers to the industry standard of the software development and due to the deficiencies of the existing fire management system. The difficulties of the development, safety and suitability are considered from the technical aspect. The system is designed in line with the principle of automation and practicality in order to meet the requirements of the fire protection management system for small and medium scale enterprise. The system is developed according to the actual needs in fire project management. All of the data involved in the system are stored in the local database server and can be accessed by logging in the system through the web interface. The security, stability and maintainability of the database are taken full account in the system.The thesis proceeds from the actual requirements and related functions. A project management software system with high practicality and strong operation is developed using a systemic method. After rigorous testing, the developed fire protection management system can collect the data in the project timely and improve information sharing between different departments and make the communications between the departments more convenient and faster.
