Abstract


Dock building is the shipbuilding process last procedure,it includes Installation work and mooring test.the cycle of building can objectively reflect the comprehensive shipbuilding ability for shipbuilding enterprises.Shorten dock building cycle it can effiectively promotes hardware resources utilization ratio, can lay a solid foundation for enterprises release production capacityLean shipbuilding mode is a kind of brand-new shipbuilding mode,it differents from traditional shipbuilding. it empaisizes balanced production and rhythm production,just-in-time production and zero defect construction,planning type pull system,it is a new manufacturing philosophy.it can effectively shorten invalid working time and reduce waste,to promote the efficiency,it is the developing direction of modern shipbuilding enterprises.In the paper outfitting work flow is researched deeply,especially equipment commissioning characteristics and commissioning cycle in the wharf construction process. Base on eliminate invalid labor and process optimization, paper domonstrates the main factors of effecting wharf construction cycle is the dock integrity is not high and low efficiency of production organization. And it Put forward the process goes forward and advance the project management.Through practice operation and data accumulation,Paper confirms the new process,new measures to boost,and put forward some further promotion proposal.
