Professional vocational schools and professional counselors in the process of building a bottleneck. The work of students in vocational colleges face to change the original model, to explore new paths of development of a difficult situation.This study is based on the above and explain the basic reality, the body is divided into four parts:The first part analyzes the definition and specialization of professional counselors to explain the definition of professional, specialized content and the logical relationship between the two. First, from the definition of professionalism and professional career included literacy, professional codes of conduct and professional skills of the three elements to start to clear vocational college career counselors conditions and requirements, followed by the professional requirements of teachers and related systems and try to explain Vocational counselors as teachers, how their unique job requirements and job conditions, specialized training and management systems and try to correctly understand the specialized meaning.In the second part of the vocational schools of professional counselors and professional significance, mainly from the professional and vocational counselors professional development process and the need for two aspects of reality described is a vocational college counselors how the development process from scratch, and highlighted the new and changing international situation and the continuous development of vocational education in their own team of professional counselors for vocational schools and professional construction of the proposed new requirements.The third part analyzes the vocational schools of professional counselors and professional status. In the list has made many achievements, but also pointed out that the vocational schools to promote the professional counselors and professional problems in the process, from the advance of the main pay enough attention to promote the lack of standards, to promote ways and means to be optimize and promote the direction of the object lost and the lack of technical and other reasons to start working to find a vocational college and professional ranks of professional counselors encounter bottlenecks cause of the problem lies.Part IV focuses primarily on how to strengthen the ranks of professional counselors vocational colleges and professional ways and means.
