This study to take a case study approach to Z College graduate project team , for example , played the key elements of the role of the difficulties , as well as future trends through in-depth understanding of the content of the education of social work practice , the process , the effectiveness of the method , in order to summarize a set of social work practice education model . The study found that in the process of the project group social work practice education , social work values ??, practical knowledge and practical skills in education has become an important educational content , and links through community service agencies / service project with group supervision meetings through community service, experience sharing , team discussions and professional training and education . The key elements include: ( 1) educational philosophy : student- oriented, practical educational content and manner ; ( 2 ) forms of education and methods : take teamwork learning form of education , the use of community-oriented and experiential learning approach to education .
