Abstract


The Adaptive Performance adaptive behavior in a broad sense , that is , facing the working environment and conditions change , individuals are able to experience on a task to migrate to another task on the behavior . Its structure contains the following four dimensions : cultural and interpersonal promote , pressure and emergency treatment , post continuous learning , innovation and problem solving . Currently, the emerging concept of adaptive performance of the domestic research focused on the adaptive performance influencing factors , and empirical research on the impact of adaptive performance of organizations and individuals is relatively small , the study I hope through scientific research methods to explore the role of employees adaptive Performance related consequences variables . In this study, document analysis, survey research methods , explore adaptive performance and organizational identity , the relationship between innovative behavior and analysis of the regulatory role of the growth of demand in the meantime . The main conclusions are as follows : first , the adaptive performance predictive role of organizational identification , which positions continuous learning and to promote cultural and interpersonal dimensions of organizational identification have significant positive prediction . Second , adaptive performance predictive role of innovation behavior , which positions continuous learning , pressure and emergency treatment , innovative problem-solving three dimensions significantly positively associated with innovative behavior . Third, the growth needs to play a positive role in regulating the relations between the two sub- dimensions of adaptive performance and innovative behavior . Fourth , the different dimensions of adaptive performance on demographic variables there are significant differences in demographic variables , including gender, age , educational background and work experience . The results showed : gender differences affect the age dimension of the pressure and emergency treatment has a significant difference in the level of education and work experience with a significant difference in positions continuous learning .
