Abstract


Project Advisory into China twenty years , has made great progress , there are also a lot of worries. The result is not satisfactory project consulting , customer satisfaction is low , and even some items can not be recovered consultancy , project failure cases common. Industry, there are many reasons for this confusion , many scholars from the macro-management aspects of the study . We need to conduct in-depth research consulting project management , how to implement effective project management to ensure that consulting projects in time, cost and quality to achieve goals. According to the project management body of knowledge , successful project management process requires two major categories , namely product-oriented process and project management processes. Product-oriented process required by the project life cycle , two kinds of process from the project start to finish always overlap and interact with each other . If the lack of understanding of the project life cycle , project management process will not be implemented . Therefore , the authors believe to be on the consulting project management in-depth study , it is first necessary to clarify project consulting project life cycle . Establishment , consulting project management life cycle model is a work based on the one hand, could serve as a basis for project management consultancy study , on the other hand the practice of consulting projects as both sides ( consulting provider and consulting commissioning party ) implementation of project control foundation. Project consulting in the current socio-economic activities are prevalent , but the success rate is not ideal project consulting , project consulting and little research . Project life cycle management of the consultation is to understand the basis for the effective implementation of project consulting . Based on the theoretical framework of the project life cycle , project management consulting were analyzed to establish a consulting project life cycle model , and through case illustrates the consulting project life cycle model is how to help the success of consulting projects . The established consulting project life cycle model reveals the sequence of stages of consulting projects , mainly technical work , and project management control phase , management consulting providers and commissioned before the implementation of effective project management accordingly .
