Abstract


As China's political and economic reform in depth, and constantly improve the fiscal and taxation systems, taxes and the total economy in Chongqing have achieved substantial growth. Correlation between tax revenue and economic growth, interaction principle and effect, the economics profession is no accurate conclusion. The relationship between taxes and economic growth is not only a theoretical study of the subject, it is very practical research topics. Therefore, the study of the relationship between the two, and improve the theoretical system of taxation, to promote the reform of the current tax system and tax policy adjustments to stabilize the country's political development of the national economy and promote social harmony and progress, an important theoretical and practical significance. Learn classical and neo-classical, Keynesian macroeconomic theory and the classical theory of the Laffer curve, but not rigidly adhere to the qualitative analysis, empirical measurement, systems analysis and other methods. First of all, from the basic concepts, measure and influence factors start to learn from the classic academic research more elaborate. Second, tax revenue and economic growth in 1994-2009 Chongqing empirical analysis of statistics and measurement, tax revenue and economic growth in Chongqing showed a high degree of linear correlation coefficient of 0.99; economic growth directly act on the changes in the tax, GDP per 100 units, the average tax revenue changes in 13 units; tax effect of investment and consumption through the substitution effect and the income effect, changes in tax per 100 million yuan, 273 million yuan of government investment on the changes in the same direction, while private investment is also the same The direction of change of 398 million yuan; effect of tax on consumption is not significant. Again, the principle of system dynamics based on the Chongqing the tax economic system power model, the model predicts: Chongqing gross national product in 2011 is expected to reach 886.57 billion yuan of tax revenue of 109.47 billion yuan over the same period, the rate of economic growth of about 14.5% , the tax rate of about 14.9%. Finally, the proposed policy recommendations to promote the harmonious development of the tax revenue and economic growth in Chongqing. The innovation of this paper is to take advantage of the knowledge of the system dynamics principle the first tax economy and Chongqing, external and internal, linear and non-linear key factors into account, then the tax revenue and economic growth in Chongqing the relationship between the equations, algorithms and data fitting in the model, and finally to make economic forecasts and policy recommendations. The inadequacies of this article, including a lack of data, the incompleteness of the influencing factors to consider, variable relationship and algorithm description is not enough excellent and I limited academic level. Collect more later from the panel data, analyze more influential factors, more advanced software applications to establish a more variable model to carry out in-depth research.
