Abstract


Human capital is the core competitiveness of enterprises , and promote the development of enterprises to carry out the quality management system is inseparable from the support personnel . Human resource management as a management function , and quality management are not isolated between . In an enterprise development process, quality management system can be effectively promoted and execution, human resource management plays a decisive role . The requirements of ISO9000 standards , quality management and human resource management of this new integration further demonstrates the value of human resource management of the new . This paper analyzes the company's quality management system SR run status and the status quo of human resource management , pointed out that the company has targeted quality -oriented human resources management experience and inadequate , on this basis , combined with the eight quality management principles in human resource management , respectively, manifestation as well as human resource management and ISO9000 quality management system standards implementation theoretical foundation , in turn from the human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits , performance appraisal made ??based on five aspects of quality management system (QMS) of the SR the company's human resource management (HRM) PDCA integration solutions . Then, from strategy and business development closely linked to the quality of the goal to accelerate the progress of implementing the ISO9000 standards , and promote full participation in management, strengthen corporate culture as integrated solutions in four areas proposed implementation strategy .
