Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, with China’s economic system from a planned economy to socialist market economy, China’s social structure from the traditional society to modern society changes. The face of economic and social transformation of the new situation, the Chinese Communist Party building in urban communities to vigorously promote the same time, committed to strengthening the Community Party, not only hoping to promote the city’s rapid economic development and social progress, and tried in order to further strengthen the urban grass-roots political power, maintaining social stability, a fundamental basis for consolidating the party’s ruling. In order to uphold the party’s leadership, must strive to improve the party’s leadership. Community Party While the streets from the traditional party-building evolved, but with the new era of content, face many new challenges, the urgent need to reform and innovation of our party to strengthen the spirit of party building in urban communities. All over the country have begun to party building innovative urban community are explored, and made a lot of useful experience, through the Shanghai and Shenzhen model for comparative analysis, we study a restricted party building organizations, community building system and operational mechanism of the core issues how to handle the party’s leadership and democratic self-government relations. Finally, Urban Community Party of China put forward the future development of Thinking.This article is divided into five parts. The significance of the preamble to the study, present situation and methods described briefly. The first chapter introduces the basic party-building communities and community content start, discussed the proposed Community Party and the challenges and proposed reform to promote and lead to innovative community-community party building. The second chapter gives a brief analysis of typical patterns in Shanghai and Shenzhen, the main mode of practice and the main experience. Chapter III discusses the party building organizations in the community building in the system and operating mechanism key issue is how to correctly handle the party’s leadership and the relationship between democracy and autonomy. The fourth chapter of the party building of urban communities made the future development of Thinking.
