Abstract


Radio and television program production and broadcast radio and television media industry's core business, its operation and management mode is an important factor of the radio and television media organizations to produce content products with core competitiveness. Zhibofenli reform is a major change in the core business of broadcast television, but also an inevitable choice for the development of China's urban radio and television media.
