Abstract


\Different foreign and domestic wetland holds a more careful approach , domestic towards wetland conservation and development still exist some problems , and problems Fangfang from theoretical research to practical aspects while , especially in China 's urban wetlands park construction. From the point of view of natural wetlands development actually is an invisible wetlands interference , but for the purposes of human use , for the rational use of wetlands still exist its feasibility . In domestic circumstances , these two aspects need to look at the wetlands . Restoration of the wetlands protection and development and utilization of itself is a difficult balance of contradictions . In the country due to the the wetlands complexity and diversity of the wetlands surrounding conditions , the decision is a long-term process of wetland research and practice . This paper attempts from the basic issues related to the analysis and discussion , preliminary research and exploration in the theory and practice levels , the problem from concept to planning guide , there may be chaos on urban wetland park forms of protection from a variety of analog analysis . Of the aspects of practice , from the conditions of the pros and cons of the land to the problems of planning method . Soil Sea Wetland Park , Putian City , Fujian , for example, a planning ideas to solve problems , to uphold the responsibility of the designers of Landscape Planning and the pursuit of truth , to explore proper planning method in order to correct and reasonable results , but planning reality is always frustrating , get in the end is not what we expected . Although the reality of people so disappointed , but hope that the follow-up study and practice aspects can gradually get rid of the shackles , the aim of the pursuit of truth for theoretical research and practice .
