Abstract


The rapid development of network technology trend in the impact and government attention, the rapid development of modern distance education. China's modern distance education since the 1990s gained rapid development, in just ten years of development time, built a nationwide network of modern distance education. To 2008, the cumulative Network Education College Admissions 670 people, the annual enrollment is close to the national enrollment scale 1/8, the modern distance education has become an important part of the education system. However, haste makes waste, the rapid development of modern distance education but also with a series of questions, one of the issues which most concern is the quality of distance education, coupled with our learners generally not well adapted to learning, making the problem more acute. Monitoring as a means of learning, online learning platform embedded in the system can greatly enhance the quality of learning. Since 2002, Chinese scholars began to focus on the learning network learning platform monitoring, from the scope of monitoring, monitoring tools, and other fields to achieve specific learning monitoring network has been studied. However, the current practice field learning how monitoring system construction status, previous research has not been involved. This paper focuses on the external monitor network learning, online learning will be based on monitoring results of theoretical studies, a clear network learning platform to learn the scope of monitoring, as appraisal standards, Europe, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the domestic network learning platform Learning monitoring systems research, analysis and the development status of its pros and cons between the platforms in order to learn from each other. Based on the findings of the platform for the domestic network learning teachers who invest less, learning support systems are imperfect, weak learners overall status of self-awareness, we propose a mechanism to build human urge to learn as the network learning platform monitoring system supplement. Mainly from the single learning process monitoring, performance feedback, job feedback, learning progress in four areas to build remind humane supervision mechanism, analyzes every aspect of the specific implementation, and select Moodle e-learning platform as a development platform for human urge mechanisms of technology implementation, and finally on to achieve results were analyzed. Network status monitoring system construction learning research to fill the vacancy in the field for future research to provide a reference. Supervision mechanism will be humane learning technology, making the results of theoretical inquiry visualize the practice field for the improvement of network learning monitoring system provided technical guidelines. Moodle platform as an open source software, has many rich sound coding enthusiasts, and even Microsoft have for its development, including real-time communications including a number of plug-ins. Precisely because it is open source, so that the rapid development of the platform, stable performance. Based on the platform for development, first to avoid duplication of development, this paper focuses on learning rather than the entire learning platform monitoring system, based on an existing learning platform for development, you can focus on learning monitoring system; Second, based on a more mature platform for development, can largely reduce the appearance of low-level errors.
