Abstract


This paper attempts to start from the Ming and Qing River project management , human resources management , and the depth of excavation extant ancient clues and expressed in modern languages ??and summarize Through these analyzes , the modern project management, human resources management feasible measures and methods . Starting from the Ming and Qing River project management help we explore the ancient the essence of management , project management , human resources management to provide some reference for the analysis by comparing each other, to make recommendations for optimizing project management . The results show that : the Ming and Qing river training works with the following distinctive characteristics : ● targeted project management features ; ● Organization and selecting a relatively complete system ; ● recruiting and division of labor is more robust ; ● river institutional settings complete ; ● incentive ● project follow-up maintenance safeguards human resources and reward system to ensure that works according to the quality and quantity ;
