Abstract


Mr. Zhao Jiping is the representative in the history of contemporary development of music, he is most well known with the strong national characteristics in his music work.This article focus on analyzing the music works of Mr. Zhao Jiping, discuss and elaborate the dramatic features, characteristics of the times, local features of his work, and exploration and research how to singing his works with a better understanding.This paper is divided into three parts. The first chapter outlines Mr. Zhao Jiping’s artistic career, major works and achievements. Chapter II is about the characteristics of Zhao Jiping’s national vocal music, including the dramatic features, characteristics of the times, local features. Dramatic Features is mainly about the influence of Shanxi Qin Yun and the Peking opera; Characteristics of the times is shown in two aspects, the fitness of the music and the film or television works, the popular elements of the time in his music works; Local features is demonstrated by the use of instrument and local music material. Chapter III focus on the grasp of vocal singing skills of Zhao Jiping’s works. This chapter based on the analysis of the work styles, there are three skills:first of all, the implementation of principles of pronouncing the words in a standard way, secondly, the grasp of the works by different timbre, run cavity and the control of breathe, third, grasp the emotional of the work by understand the Local Features and the Cultural connotations of the music.
