Abstract


This study through participant observation study of the \both teams , three new media communication form : MSN , QQ chat software in the form of text-to-speech on behalf of the mobile phone as a form of representative voice and mobile phone text messages in text form team communication satisfaction and cooperation performance and compare different communication patterns . Through the study of four conclusions: (1 ) three communication forms, different teams can improve team communication satisfaction . In self- managed teams , MSN, QQ chat software and mobile phone voice calls than the mobile phone SMS communication satisfied . A functional teams , mobile phones, telephone voice calls communication satisfaction than MSN , QQ chat software and mobile phone text messages high. (2) the three communicate morphology , a different team of cooperative performance has an impact . In self- managed teams , MSN, QQ chat software cooperative performance than mobile phones, phone voice calls , mobile phone , telephone voice calls on cooperative performance than mobile phone text messages . A functional department , phone , telephone voice calls than MSN, QQ chat software and mobile phone text messages in the form of cooperative performance . ( 3 ) two teams , communication and satisfaction of cooperative performance is positively correlated . (4) two teams , the same communication patterns , communication satisfaction and cooperative performance varies . The significance of this study : (1 ) the use of a new form of media communication , should be based on different new media communication features, as well as the organization itself, the type and characteristics to properly select the different means of communication . ( 2 ) Each team can play the advantages of the new form of media communication , integrated use of new media communication form in their daily work . (3) The two teams should strive to improve the satisfaction of communication between the team members to improve the performance of cooperation . I hope this case study to promote youth social \
