Abstract


Modern project management has become more mature knowledge systems, expanding the scope of the application of project management . The urban parts census project is an investment in large-scale impact of a wide range of emerging Mapping Project , an urgent need to introduce the ideas and methods of project management , building the urban parts census project management system , in order to strengthen and standardize the the urban parts census project management .
