Abstract


The work of Communist Youth League is playing an important role in the party affairs of the 061 Base. One of its essential missions is to carry out the education of socialist core value to the members of Youth League. With the rapid development of socialist market economy and the progress of science and technology, especially the information technology, great changes have taken place in young people’s life style, behaving manner, communication habit and gathering method. Therefore, the Youth League work of State-owned enterprise is also facing a strong challenge in the new stage.Project management is a systematically administrative method with the sufficient use of limited resources to complete an established objective, through a special-form temporary operational mechanism, after an effective planning, organizing, leading and controlling. This thesis probes into the project management of the 061 Base’s Youth League affairs from the following three aspects:the necessity and feasibility of the research; the planning of the implementation procedure and scheme; and the illustration of its applied value in practice.In this research, a variety of creative and meaningful activities proceed from the appliance of project management theories and models in the practice of Youth League work in order to change the traditional working mode of the League with young people’s favorite new methods of communication and connection, which is undoubtedly an innovative and rewarding attempt to improve the work of Communist Youth League.
