For postpones to the current whole world inflation and the economic growth the phenomenon and the tendency comprehension , this article have conducted the research to between the inflation and the economic growth relations. Take analyzes the different theory which between the Chinese and foreign inflation and economic growth both relates as the breakthrough point, elaborated our country current inflation present situation, as well as the government adopts after regulative policy, appears the economic growth slides the new question and adopts the corresponding policy adjustment the process. Carry on the measure and the examination and the empirical study using several gauging methods and the models to the economic growth rate and the inflation rate these two target relations, and analyzed induced the real diagnosis result which obtained. Finally, unifies the current economic situation, has given the economic policy suggestion.Through using stable examination and unit root examination, association entire and error correction model, Granger causal relation examination and from return condition different variance model, carries on the empirical analysis to between the inflation rate and economic growth rate’s relations, obtains the conclusion is, has between the inflation rate and the economic growth rate middle our country economy movement the remarkable correlational dependence, and such relevance is quite stable. That has had forward "the overflow effect" as the name economical undulatory property representative’s inflation rate to the economic growth.In view of our country current economic form, proposed that three policies suggested: First, straightens out our country’s price mechanism. Under the globalized environment, the essential factor distortion will cause our country to the world subsidy, affects our country to withstand the inflation finally ability. Although in the short-term straightens out the factor price, will impel the price index to the rise, but this will be helpful finally in reducing the unreasonable demand, will be helpful in the adjustment economic structure, the government inflation. Second, must weaken in outside in the situation, the economic development new way is insisted that expands the domestic demand policy, the adjustment invests and expends the relations, the economic growth way by the main dependence investment, export drawing expends, the investment, the export coordinated drawing transformation to the dependence. Third, must alleviate the economic growth and the inflation positive phase relations, must change the economic growth way, transforms from "the investment growth pattern" as "the efficiency growth pattern", enhances to the resources use efficiency, only then like this, can cut off the inflation which as far as possible the economic growth follows, thus obtains the high growth, but lowly bloating perfect condition.
