Abstract


Since the institutional economic has been generated, institution is more and more concerned about the role in economic growth. The example of the emerging market economies is the empirical testing of the institutional economic theory. In order to quantify the contributions of institution to economic growth, the school since Coase continuously makes the institutional factor into the economic growth model so that people can more deeply feel the enormous role of institution to economic growth. However as a very important economic institution, there is little research on the relationship between state accounting system and economic growth, this article will conduct a study on this problem.The article is divided 5 parts.The first part is the introduction, which point out the article’s purpose and significance, and review the related research.The second part defines some concepts, including:Institution and national accounting system.The third part give the mechanism of how accounting system promote economic growth through the classical and neo classical economics theory.The fourth part is from Hayek’s dual concept of social order, drawing North, Schumpeter’s thinking of evolution, interpret on the rules of order Hayek theory of, and once again based on the use of Hayek’s rules of orders paradigm analysis accounting-related issues and then offer the proposal of construction of China’s accounting system.The fifth part is the conclusions and outlook. Pointe out that the conclusions of this thesis research, and to propose further research directions.
