Abstract


Taoism takes an important part of Chinese culture,which contains abundant psychological resources.In order to develop and refine its idea with scientific and realistic value,it can provide a basis for localizing the psychotherapy.The aim of this research is to systematize the theory and method of the Taoist cognitive therapy,define the field of Taoist cognitive therapy, and finally develop a psychotherapy method which is suitable for Chinese culture.This study tries to put all the research analysis based on the basis of detailed literature.In the data collation process,it tries to a make sure that it merges historically review and logical analysis,and insists on critical discrimination when dealing with the problems.When analyzing the historical data,it inherits and innovates every details with open eyes.Base on summing up and comprehending to the article,it takes a cross-cultural study on Taoist cognitive therapy and western cognitive therapy.This research has analysed the culture background,historical source of Taoist cognitive therapy.On this basis,we summarized the basic concept of Taoist cognitive therapy,including the Life-preserving theory of natural without action,and not burdening himself with material,the natural human nature theory of embracing modesty rusticity and the true,the emotion theory of reducing selfishness and holding few desires,the interpersonal relationship theory of being effeminate and no competition,the tolerance theory of the noble moral likes valley,the dialectical theory of unity of opposites and the axiology of aspiring and unaspiring.The Taoist cognitive therapy is divided into three stages,including initial,middle and later period.There is its special goal at each stage and the foundation at next stage.The innovation of this research is:First,putting the Taoist cognitive therapy in a systematic order,summarizing the basic viewpoint of Taoist cognitive therapy;Second,on the technological aspect,combine the Taoist cognitive therapy and western cognition behavior therapy,learn from other’s strong points to offset others weaknesses,and establish a set of more specific steps;Third,cross-cultural study and review on five respects, separating the Taoist cognitive therapy and the western cognitive treatment from human nature and humanism,nature without action and discard paranoid fate,tolerant and overcritical,good and bad fortune mix in and not absolute, self-awareness and self-reflection.Taoist cognitive therapy is the local Chinese psychotherapy,it established monolith in Chinese values,and based on the Chinese culture。is a kind of psychotherapy that matches the Chinese society and cultural backgrounds.
