Abstract

Equity incentive is an effective incentive way for the developed countries in their rapid economic developing period.Practice has proved that the implementation of management equity incentive which would greatly improve the efficiency of enterprises could promote economic prosperity.To deepen the reform of state—owned enterprises,training of large enterprise groups with international competitiveness,in China Many listed companies and the National Innovation Model Areahave started to equity-based incentives.In March 2010, jointly issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology "Zhongguancun National Innovation Model Measures for the Implementation of Corporate Equity Incentive" in May 2010 as the second innovation demonstration area of East Lake is also the first pilot for the equity incentive Start in June, the innovation has been the pilot demonstration area of Zhongguancun and the upcoming trial in June 2010 innovation demonstration area of East Lake to establish and gradually improve and perfect equity incentive policy will become a core issue .Therefore, based on independent innovation of enterprises equity incentive also has a strong incentive of practical significance.This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, this chapter introduces the research background, significance of the topic, domestic and foreign-related Literature. In the literature review section, draws on research findings and experiences at home and abroad, and analyzes the limitations of previous research, then provides the contents of this paper.The second chapter is the theory of equity based incentive mechanism. This chapter is divided into two parts: the first part of the first leads to the concept of motivation, and then define equity incentives, equity incentives and the concept of independent innovation; second part of the incentive stock options described in the principal - agent theory, human capital theory, motivation theory And innovation theory.The third chapter is the independent innovation ability evaluation. This chapter first analyzes the impact of independent innovation capability of internal and external factors, and proposal of building a self-evaluation index system of the principles of innovation, and build the index system of independent innovation and the adoption of innovative evaluation capability of independent innovation index to construct the evaluation index system of independent innovation, a total of 6-level indicators and 19 secondary indicators.The fourth chapter is equity incentive methods and assessment.
