Abstract


Retirement policy as an important and basic public policy , it is related to the many aspects of the working life of workers as well as workers' pension income and expenditure , and a reasonable retirement policies critical to the development of society and the individual . China 's current retirement policy has been in use for more than half a century and has not changed , which caused various problems caused widespread concern of sociology, economics , social security , and Public Policy . However , there are few scholars gender perspective to analyze and study of the retirement policy . There are gender differences in retirement policy in China has actually affect the interests of women to achieve self-development . Starting from a gender perspective , objectively and soberly aware of gender differences and their negative impact on our retirement policy , has a very important significance for the protection of the fundamental interests of women , promote women's self-development and gender harmony . In this paper, the use of literature research and case analysis combining research methods . Specific logical thinking is : the combination of public policy theory , gender theory is based on the use of the causes of the gender perspective on retirement policy in China there are gender differences in a more comprehensive and integrated analysis of the historical review and sort out our current retirement policy and on the negative impact on women's development . Give some suggestions on the basis of the above study , the timely adjustment of the retirement policy . The text is divided into four parts : The first part of the research background , Research and research methods will be described ; give a detailed interpretation of the second part of the core concepts used in the article and its theory ; third part of the use of gender perspective more comprehensive and integrated analysis of the causes of the retirement policy in China there are gender differences , and explains the negative impact on women's development ; fourth part to address gender differences exist in our retirement policy Countermeasures .
