Abstract


Along with electric power communications network rapid development, Electric power communications network maintenance and supervisory work faced with very big challenge .The electric power enterprise’s communication management department urgent needs to construct the electric power communications network monitor and comprehensive management system to carry on the centralism monitoring and the unification management in the unified platform to all communication facility as well as the room environment. Thesis based on the idea of the project management of Hebi power monitoring and communications network management system of the whole process of project development for the system. First of all, the status of the project, issues analysis, the project system structure and function of the target; followed by the design of the project’s overall program; and then gives the methods and steps to the implementation of the project; the final effect of the establishment of the implementation of the project evaluation system model for the evaluation of projects. Practice has proved that the application of the project works well, hope that the research papers on the development and construction of similar projects with reference to reference.
