Abstract


Identification of the conclusions in the case of processing more and more important, the author of this article from the start with the right to start the forensic expert testimony in two models, Identification of the judiciary to start right from the start of the judiciary, the parties to start a negative start,to analyse the abuse of these two models ,to find the reasons. Identification of the judicial institutions lack of independence,the prosecution lack of supervision and the existence of corruption,led to the identification of the existence of so many drawbacks to start.To compare with Anglo-American law system and continental lagal system ,the identification systems tend to complement each other is very obvious,recognizing that expert testimony should start by the parties and the Court of interaction and mutual supervision and restriction, expert testimony on the right start to re-distribute, the parties to start to apply for identification, the court decided to start the identification, introduce a system of expert witnesses to restrict the court’s decision right , to achieve real equality and justice.
