Abstract


Objective: Determination of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 in different types of organizations breast catheter disease expression , explore the relationship of ductal breast cancer incidence of ductal hyperplasia . Methods: Using immunohistochemical method detected 44 cases of normal ductal tissue , 44 breast ductal hyperplasia, 40 cases of atypical ductal hyperplasia tissue of 42 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ , 51 cases of ductal invasive carcinoma tissue Notch1 receptor protein and Cyclin D1 protein expression . Results : Notch1 receptor protein in different histological types of breast catheter disease expression differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.01); between normal ductal tissue and catheter ordinary hyperplastic tissue and ductal carcinoma in situ tissue and catheter infiltration no statistically significant differences in expression between the cancer tissue (P gt; 0.05); remaining among subgroups expression differences were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Cyclin D1 in different histological types of breast the catheter disease expression differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.01); between normal ductal tissue and catheter ordinary hyperplastic tissue and normal ductal tissue with atypical ductal hyperplasia organizations no statistically significant differences in expression (P gt; 0.05); the remaining expression differences between each group were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Notch1 Cylin D1 in different histological types of breast ductal disease expression was negatively correlated ( r = -0.428 , P lt ; 0.01) . Positive Cylin D1 expression and lymph node metastasis ( r = 0.231 , P lt ; 0.05) and the expression of ER-positive (r = 0.240, P lt; 0.05) positively correlated ; no correlation with other clinicopathological factors . No correlation between Notch1 and clinicopathological factors . Conclusion: The incidence of ductal hyperplasia and ductal breast cancer have a certain relevance . Reduced expression of Notch1 and Cyclin D1 expression increase may be related to the incidence of ductal breast cancer .
