Abstract


[Objective ] by analyzing the correlation of the acute and chronic hepatitis B patients with serum tryptase and chymase levels and liver cell inflammation , further evidence of the type Ⅰ hypersensitivity involved in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B viewpoints . 【Methods】 55 patients with acute or chronic hepatitis B patients and 35 normal controls , the application of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay - double antibody sandwich method ( ELISA ) detection of patients and the control group of serum trypsin and chymase concentration : automatic biochemistry analyzer synchronization serum ALT levels , and analysis of the correlation between . 【Results】 ① acute and chronic hepatitis B patients with serum class trypsin and chymase were significantly higher than the normal control group . ② hepatitis B patients with ALT < 2ULN 2ULN < ALT < 10ULN , ALT > 10ULN serum tryptase and chymase content was significantly higher than the normal control group , which increased the most obvious the ALT> 10ULN group , followed by 2ULN
