Abstract


With the increased competition of mobile personal communications market , industry, application of information technology to promote the various operators as the delineation of the market of industrial customers , a powerful weapon to enhance the brand image . China Unicom in the mobile information industry, the application of innovation and market expansion , and actively explore and dig deeper into the needs of the industry , summed up the user base solutions for different industries . Xinjiang Unicom combined with the characteristics of the local industrial users , and actively explore the promotion of local industry information projects . Theoretical knowledge learned through the use of project management , combined with management practices in the development and application of the promotion of information technology projects , project management practices to promote assumed a specific PTT project application process in detail , summarize PMBOK general experiences and practices in the industry application process for the future of the industry of information technology projects in Xinjiang to promote applications play a role of reference and guidance . This article does not all aspects of the project involves all be discussed , but a targeted focus on human resource management , customer relationship management and risk management . It is also this framework, discusses the final summary of the entire project .
